Unwind and wine down your week on a Friday evening at Stavalaura Vineyards and Winery. This offering includes a short gentle yoga practice before you settle into stillness by the vines, to soak up sounds created by crystal bowls, and various chimes, drums and other instruments. Enjoy a complimentary glass of estate wine after the sound bath and chat with other “bathers”. Please note the venue doesn’t offer food. You’re welcome to pack a picnic or snacks to enjoy with your wine. You will also NEED to bring a yoga mat, layers, a blanket and any other props to help you be comfortable during the sound bath.
